Do you work with a single shed, or only large integrations?
Both. The programme scales from one independent house to a multi-site integration, the standing commitments are the same.
Is the retainer per flock or annual?
Annual, covering every flock in the period. It is priced against capacity, not visits, the point is a standing relationship, not a call-out fee.
How fast can you reach us if a flock breaks?
Retained clients reach the practice directly on WhatsApp. Where a field diagnosis is needed, an on-farm visit is arranged as a priority.
What does a retained flock-health programme actually include?
A written, dated plan for vaccination, medication, environment and monitoring; scheduled on-farm visits plus remote review on WhatsApp; on-farm diagnosis when something moves; and a close-out review every cycle against mortality and feed conversion.
Do you replace our own vet or farm staff?
No, the practice works alongside them. We set the programme and the standard and train your team to run it, so the shed stays right between visits.
